Conference and exhibition tourism represents an important tourism sector and a valuable opportunity to promote Egypt as a tourist destination through its international presence. The Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Center serves as a key venue for this sector, offering advanced technical and technological capabilities, as well as modern facilities equipped with audiovisual systems and simultaneous interpretation in multiple languages.

The center is located just a five-minute drive from Cairo International Stadium and Cairo International Airport, and less than 10 minutes by car from several four- and five-star hotels. The Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Center was inaugurated in 1990 and is distinguished by combining conference halls and exhibition venues under one roof.

The center is an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and special events. It offers flexible meeting spaces, ranging from smaller venues suitable for events of up to 50 people to halls accommodating up to 2,500 attendees. It also includes five exhibition halls.
