Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber conducted a surprise inspection tour of the Citizen Service Technology Center in the Tebbin district to monitor workflow and assess the quality of services provided to citizens. The governor's visit is part of his ongoing field inspections to evaluate the performance of executive bodies and improve the government services.
During his inspection, Governor Saber toured the center's different departments, reviewed the procedures for receiving citizens and the operation of service windows, and followed up on the pace of handling requests. He also spoke with several citizens to hear their feedback on service quality, instructing staff to address their needs quickly and resolve any obstacles they encounter.
Governor Saber further stated that enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens is a top priority of the executive branch. He emphasized the importance of welcoming citizens warmly, processing their requests quickly, and adhering to standards of quality and transparency. This will contribute to citizen satisfaction and increased efficiency within citizen service technology centers.
Moreover, Saber instructed consistent monitoring of performance within the center, prompt handling of any remarks or complaints, and continuous development of the work system to align with the state's efforts toward digital transformation and to facilitate citizens' efficient and rapid access to government services.
The governor was accompanied by Deputy Cairo Governor Ashraf Mansour, members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, and officials from the Cairo Governorate.
