Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal delivered Saturday a total of 15 notarized contracts to several workshops and factories in Shaq El-Thoaban industrial area after their legalization, noting that they officially have become part of the state’s formal economy after completing the legalization procedures and delivering the final contracts.
Abdel Aal also handed over 37 possession legalization contracts under law No. 144 for 2017.
Moreover, Abdel Aal confirmed that political leadership pays full attention to Shaq El-Thoaban industrial area in line with the state’s vision and endeavors to create new fields of investment and industry and create more job opportunities befitting the importance and status of Shaq El-Thoaban area, Egypt’s most famous marble manufacturing area.
During the ceremony, Abdel Aal praised all investors keen to legalize their status out of their sense of responsibility toward the steps taken by the state to develop the area. He also asserted that the recent global crisis requires developing marble manufacturing to ensure a sustainable presence in global and local markets.
The ceremony was attended by Cairo Governorate’s Secretary-General Hazem El-Ashmony, Chairman of Shaq El-Thoaban Investors Association Sayed Abaza, and several officials of Cairo governorate.
