Cairo governor Khaled Abdel Aal inspected the ongoing expansion of the Hussein Kamel Selim Road in Almaza, Masr El-Gadidah neighbourhood, which is a vital road axis connecting El-Thawra Street and the districts of Cairo’s east area Misr El-Gadidah, El-Nozha, and Nasr City.
During his tour, Abdel Aal asserted that the axis expansion would create a vital traffic artery that would reduce traffic congestion in the area.
The governor, furthermore, urged to speed up the ongoing demolition work to expand the road after disbursing the necessary legal compensation.
The governor was accompanied by Deputy Cairo Governor Ibrahim Saber and several executives of the Cairo governorate.
