During the meeting, the governor said that the new e-system comes in line with President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to inventory state-owned assets to support proper planning for optimum use of them and maximize investment returns as well as apply digital transformation to state property and assets management and ensure its integration with the database of other state authorities.
In addition, the governor pointed out that the Cairo governorate would provide all necessary means to implement the project, adding that all concerned authorities that own state assets in Cairo will coordinate to conduct a comprehensive inventory.
The governor also directed to intensify efforts to complete all required procedures as soon as possible and instructed to form work groups in coordination with all authorities and work in parallel.
For his part, Eng. Khaled El-Attar emphasized that the new e-system will provide access to a comprehensive database of all state-owned assets and properties in Cairo. He added that the system would have a mechanism to provide high-quality and accurate information.
Furthermore, El-Attar noted that the project is consistent with the New Republic’s goals that apply governance, adding that the project will create an ID for each asset of the state-owned assets with detailed information.
