Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal paid tribute to the Egyptian Women on International Women's Day, marked annually on March 8, pointing out that the Egyptian women have always been a fighter over the ages and are capable of changing and working in all fields.
Moreover, Abdel Aal said that March is the month of the Egyptian women as each year the state celebrates " Egyptian Women Day" on March 16, in commemoration of the first martyr of women during the revolution of 1919. He added that it also marks the foundation of the first feminine union in Egypt in 1923.
The governor also assured that Egyptian Women have always been a unique example that contributes to the country's progress and development.
