Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal announced that Cairo's Cleaning and Beautification Authority finished the development work at the surrounding area of Ramses Statue, which is part of the ongoing development work of El-Gezira El-Wosta area on Salah Salem Street.
On the other hand, the Head of Cairo's Cleaning and Beautification Authority Ihab El-Shershabi said that the authority completed the development work, which included lighting, landscaping, and decorative gravel.
El-Shershabi added that they finished the development work at the surrounding area of Ramses Statue first as it attracts visitors, pointing out that the lighting was designed in a safe way that does not affect the traffic or distract drivers.
He also said that work is underway in the El-Gezira El-Wosta area extending from El-Matar Bridge to the Abbasia area.
