The General Authority of Meteorology has announced the weather conditions expected today, Saturday, August 1, 2026, noting that temperatures will peak across most regions today. The Authority indicated that intensely hot and humid conditions will persist throughout the country, accompanied by weather phenomena requiring caution—most notably mist, active winds, and a chance of light rain in some areas.
Experts forecast temperatures in Cairo to reach a high of 40°C and a low of 27°C.
