The Ministry’s Higher Education Development Projects Management Unit has renewed licenses for Microsoft products and services for Egyptian universities, supporting the development of digital infrastructure and providing technological tools and solutions that meet the universities’ needs. This initiative is part of the plans to develop the higher education system and promote digital transformation across Egyptian universities.
Dr. Ahmed El-Sabbagh, Director of the Ministry’s Higher Education Development Projects Management Unit, emphasized that the renewal of Microsoft licenses aims to support Egyptian universities in utilizing digital solutions across educational, research, and administrative activities; enhancing operational efficiency; and providing the necessary technological tools for students, faculty members, and staff. This will strengthen universities’ ability to continue developing their digital services.
The license renewal is part of the Ministry’s efforts to advance the technological infrastructure of universities and maximize the benefits of partnerships with global technology companies. It also supports digital transformation initiatives and the development of the educational, scientific research, and university services environment.
