Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber decided to lower the admission threshold for technical education schools in industrial, commercial, hotel, and agricultural fields for the academic year 2026/2027 in schools where there are vacant places.
Dr. Hemat Abu Kila, director of the Education Directorate, stated that the lowering of the admission mark came after reviewing the available vacancies in schools. It also considered maintaining overall classroom density levels so as not to affect the progress of the educational process.
