The electronic coordination website has begun accepting geographic distribution transfer requests from students nominated for admission to colleges and institutes as part of the third and final phase of this year’s university admissions process for successful General Secondary Certificate (Thanaweya Amma) students at public universities and institutes supervised by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The Ministry has also decided to allow students who were nominated during the first and second phases but did not previously benefit from the geographic distribution transfer system to submit transfer requests, in accordance with the rules, regulations, and transfer quotas approved by the Supreme Council of Universities.
The electronic coordination website will also be reopened for students who exhausted their listed preferences, as well as students who failed to register their preferences during the previous coordination phases, allowing them to register or re-register their preferences in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
