He expressed appreciation for the various projects the organization is implementing in Egypt, particularly those aimed at supporting healthcare, refugee schools, and clean water projects.
He emphasized Egypt's desire for further cooperation in the health, social, and agricultural sectors, as well as exploring ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in the fields of relief and humanitarian work.
The minister also commended the organization's support for the outcomes of the Sharm El Sheikh Summit for Peace, highlighting Egypt's relentless efforts to secure a ceasefire and end the war in the Gaza Strip according to the U.S. president’s plan.
Additionally, he outlined Egypt's efforts to address the humanitarian situation in Gaza over the past two years and the ongoing arrangements to host the international conference on early recovery, reconstruction, and development in Gaza, which is scheduled to take place in Cairo this November.
He stressed the importance of active international participation in the conference to ensure the necessary financial and technical support for rebuilding the enclave and promoting regional stability.
