Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber stated that the Central Operations Room, convened under his chairmanship at the National Emergency and Public Safety Network Control Center to monitor the elections, has not received, so far, any complaints or encountered any obstacles during the election process on the second day of the 2025 Senate elections.
Governor Saber added that the monitoring operations observed a continued turnout of citizens casting their votes, reflecting their belief in the importance of active participation in building the state’s institutions.
Saber also stated that all executive bodies were working to ensure a smooth voting process and to provide the appropriate arrangements for voters, guaranteeing that all citizens could exercise their constitutional rights in an orderly and transparent environment.
Moreover, Saber emphasized that the Central Operations Room and the National Emergency and Public Safety Network Control Center would continue convening to monitor the situation around the clock. They will also coordinate with the relevant authorities for an immediate response to any logistical support required during the election process.
