Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli headed for New York on Sunday, September 21st, 2025 to take part in the High-Level Segment of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly on behalf of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The session is held under the theme “Better together: 80 years and more for peace, development and human rights.”
Madbouli will participate in the opening session of the high-level meetings and deliver Egypt’s word at two key events: The High-Level Meeting marking the 30th anniversary of the World Conference on Women and the International High-Level Conference on the Peaceful Settlement of the Palestinian Question and the Implementation of the Two-State Solution.
On the sidelines of his participation in the UNGA session, Madbouli will take part in a number of meetings and hold bilateral talks with leaders of brotherly states and representatives of regional and international organizations.
