Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry will meet with his German counterpart Annalena Baerbock in the Egyptian Foreign Ministry headquarters in the new administrative capital on Monday, according to a statement released by the ministry.
After holding a bilateral meeting between the two Ministers, another meeting will convene for the delegations between both sides, the statement added.
In January 2024, Baerbock embarked on a tour to Middle East countries including Egypt, where she and Shoukry addressed the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip. Both Ministers also tackled the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza and the restoration of political prospects pertinent to the two-state solution.
