State Minister
of Emigration Soha Gendy asserted agreeing with the Saudi side to continue the
mechanism of solving problems and removing obstacles facing Egyptian laborers.
This came during Gendy’s reception of Saudi Ambassador to Egypt Osama Nuqali to discuss cooperation in the joint files.
Gendy lauded Nuqali’s prominent role in supporting the fraternal ties between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, according to a statement of the Ministry of Emigration on Saturday 25/05/2024.
During the meeting, Gendy asserted the strength of historic and strategic ties between both countries, lauding the role of Saudi Arabia in fostering the Egyptian community in the kingdom.
She asserted keenness on boosting cooperation to raise awareness among Egyptian laborers in Saudi Arabia about their rights and duties to conquer any challenges that might face them.
Meanwhile, Nuqali asserted that his country is looking forward to furthering bilateral ties with Egypt in the different domains.
Nuqali lauded the Egyptian-Saudi ties, terming them as deeply-rooted.
He asserted that the Egyptian laborers in Saudi Arabia are skillful and efficient and save no efforts to effectively participate in most of the projects in the kingdom.
