During the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of proposals for preserving Egyptian cultural and civilizational heritage. The pair also probed the possibility of promoting Egyptian handicrafts and heritage products around the world and organizing exhibitions for handicraft industries at home.
Ghonim proposed some projects for preserving the Egyptian cultural heritage and manuscripts through modern technologies. She also warned of systematic campaigns abroad claiming that the Egyptian State is destroying its cultural heritage.
In this regard, the minister stated these systematic campaigns seek to harm the Egyptian State, especially in light of the significant progress the country is witnessing in various areas
