The
Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expected that the country would witness
warm weather during the day in Greater Cairo, Upper Egypt, the eastern coastal
areas, South Sinai and the south of the country, on Saturday.
It added that the weather would turn cold on the northwestern coastal areas, and very cold at night and in the early hours of the following in most parts.
In the Saturday morning, some agricultural and highway roads in the Greater Cairo, Upper Egypt, the canal cities, and northern Upper Egypt will be covered in mist, the EMA continued.
Additionally, moderate rain is expected in separate areas and intermittent periods in Matrouh, Alexandria, Beheira, Kafr El-Sheikh, and Dakahlia. Meanwhile light rain may come down on the Greater Cairo, southern Upper Egypt, Damietta and Al-Arish in intermittent periods, and light rain in Greater Cairo.
