Engineer Mohamed Saeed Mahrous, Chairman of the
Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation and Regional Advisor
for the Airports Council International, is participating in the ACI
Asia-Pacific & Middle East / ACI World Annual General Assembly, Conference,
and Exhibition (WAGA2024). This event is attended by a host of experts in the
Airports field.
The meetings, held in the Saudi capital Riyadh from May 21 to 23, 2024, under the auspices of Riyadh Airports Company, aim to exchange experiences and opinions in the areas of airport development, technological and environmental fields, and to adopt innovative ideas to enhance travel experiences, sustainability, and safety.
It is noteworthy that Egypt, represented by the Egyptian Holding Company for Airports and Air Navigation, represents Africa in these meetings, which are considered the most important global gathering of airport leaders. The goal is to raise the competitiveness of airports and contribute to the development of the entire aviation industry, benefiting travelers and communities.
The conference, held concurrently with the meetings under the title "The Global Race: How to Stand Out in a Competitive Airport Ecosystem", aims to enhance the industry's competitiveness through initiatives focused on environmental sustainability, connectivity, market liberalization, and redefining the airport experience
