in talks with his Egyptian counterpart Badr Abdelatty in Cairo as the two sides
signed an MoU on cooperation between the Dabaa Nuclear Power Plant and Paks-2,

Minister Abdelatty stressed in the meeting - held one day after the conclusion of his visit to Moscow – the importance of consolidating political ties and consultations. In that context, he thanked Hungary for supporting Egypt on different matters.
On another level, the minister showcased the importance of holding the Egyptian-Hungarian Business Forum regularly, in order to push forward cooperation in the sectors of energy, manufacturing, tourism, production of vaccines and medical equipment, and peaceful uses of nuclear energy. That is in addition to partnering up in projects in Africa.
The fourth forum's session took place in Budapest in 2023, while the fifth will be held in Cairo in March 2025.
