Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber visited one of the public libraries offering free book reading services in the Shinzo Abe area of Nasr City, established by the state implementing the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to promote public libraries across Cairo, believing in their role in spreading and deepening knowledge and science. Moreover, it encourages youth to read and do research, thus enhancing cultural awareness.
The library is one of the libraries the state will establish in several neighborhoods in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture. It offers a large collection of books on science and knowledge, children's books, stories, and more.
During his visit, Cairo Governor Dr. Ibrahim Saber met with several students who expressed happiness at having free distinctive libraries, which satisfies their passion for reading at no cost.
