Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has reviewed the progress of action to boost the efficiency of the system of litigation especially through the digital transformation and the incorporation of modern technologies.

The review was the topic of consideration at a meeting President Sisi called with Justice Minister Adnan Al-Fangari and Social Insurance Authority Chairman Gamal Awad, Presidency spokesman Ahmed Fahmy said.

During the meeting, the president was updated on efforts to enhance the efficiency of the litigation system and ensure the expedited settling law suits, especially through the introduction of modern technological aids and digital transformation, the Presidency spokesman said.

Also considered in this respect were the measures aimed at raising the efficiency of existing court houses and premises across the country, increasing the number of public notary and property registration offices and networking them, the Presidency spokesman said. President Sisi also followed up on the progress of the technical upgrading of the National Authority for Social Insurance.

The projected upgrading involves linking the Authority’s data bases with those of the Justice Ministry and affiliated bodies, as well as the drafting of unified rules and procedures for pensions of judiciary bodies, the Presidency spokesman said.
