Rains, thundershowers, and unstable weather conditions are expected to sweep various regions in Egypt through Tuesday, with the country bracing for the year's first autumn air depression.
According to the Egyptian Metrological Authority (EMA), light to moderate rains and sometimes thundershowers are expected along the northwestern coast, northern Delta, the Matrouh Desert, and the southern Red Sea mountains.
In addition, light to moderate rains, likely with thunder, are anticipated across the southern Red Sea mountains, Suez Canal cities, and northeastern coasts through Sunday.
Light to moderate rains are also expected over the North Coast and northern Delta on Monday and Tuesday. Cairo and the Nile Delta will experience daytime highs of 25-26 degrees and nighttime lows of 17-18 degrees.
