Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli delivered his new cabinet’s program to the House of Representatives on Monday.
During his speech, Madbouli noted that the new government will be tasked with handling the country’s pressing challenges, including those related to economic and security pillars.
Egypt's new 30-member cabinet, led by Madbouli, was sworn in before President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi earlier on Wednesday.
The cabinet's overhaul involved numerous changes in ministers and portfolios.
