PM to participate in World Economic Forum in Riyadh on behalf of Sisi

Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli headed for Riyadh on Saturday to participate, on behalf of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, in the World Economic Forum (WEF), slated for 28-29 April.

The meeting is a unique opportunity for decision-makers from all over the world to find common ground to create positive global impacts for all, read a cabinet statement today.

Under the slogan “International Cooperation, Growth, and Energy for Development,” the forum will kick off in the Saudi capital with hundreds of participants.

These include heads of state, senior officials, international experts from the governmental and private sectors, international organizations, and academic institutions.

The forum will tackle various global economic, humanitarian, climate, and financial issues.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry and Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala El-Said will also participate in the event.
