Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi signed law no. 15 of year 2023 on legalizing the conditions of unlicensed industrial institutions.
The law provides that the Industrial Development Authority may grant one-year provisional permission for unlicensed industrial institutions within three years of the enforcement of the law.
The law was published in the Gazette on Saturday.
