Egypt’s government is currently working to finalize the legal needed procedures for establishing an emergency subsidy fund for irregular workers.
That comes in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to be able to disburse a subsidy of LE 1,000 as an urgent subsidy for irregular workers.
Egypt’s Ministry of manpower warned citizens not to fall into the ‘trap’ of fraudulent methods run by some people by calling, or sending fake messages from mobile phone numbers, with the aim of collecting their data, or asking them to pay fees to join the fund.
Earlier in May, During the Egyptian ‘Labor Day’ celebration, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, ordered Establishing an emergency fund for irregular workers.
El-Sisi directed activating the fund immediately after finalizing the legal procedures along with disbursing a subsidy of LE1,000 for irregular workers.
