Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry headed Tuesday to Morocco's Marrakesh to attend the sixth session of the Russian-Arab Cooperation Forum, which was launched in 2009 through an MoU between the Arab League and Russia.
The ministry's statement pointed out that the forum's relevance had increased over the years as it turned into a significant platform to exchange views and coordinate stances.
Minister Shoukry will meet with a number of his counterparts on the forum's sidelines in order to hold consultations on pivotal regional and international matters with the war in Gaza and ways to end it on top of topics discussed.
