The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expected Saturday light to moderate rain in northern Egypt that can extend to Greater Cairo during night time.
In a report, the EMA expected moderate rain in parts of the northwestern coast and northern Lower Egypt that can become heavy in Matrouh and Alexandria governorates on Saturday.
Also, light to moderate rain is expected in the northeastern coast and southern Lower Egypt.
From Sunday to Thursday, the northern coast and northern Lower Egypt are expected to see light to moderate rain.
Windy weather will also prevail in parts of the northwestern coast and South Sinai Saturday, and on northern Upper Egypt and South Sinai on Sunday.
Winds will also blow on Monday and Tuesday in areas in South Sinai and northern Upper Egypt and on Wednesday in areas in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, and northern coast as well as South Sinai and southern Egypt.
