For his part, Bishop Kusa said that these days witness several celebrations, as we celebrate today Easter, and in a few days, Eid Al-Fitr, reflecting the unity and coherence of Egyptian people.

Meanwhile, Abdel Aal directed district chiefs earlier to intensify inspection campaigns ahead of the Egyptian Coptic celebration of Easter. He also ordered raising the efficiency of churches’ surrounding streets, upgrading street light poles, removing abandoned and dilapidated vehicles, and banning parking near churches.
