Cairo Gov.: Removing Masr Al-Qadima demolition debris underway

Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal said Thursday that Cairo Cleaning and Beautification Authority is removing all construction and demolition debris alongside the road under the Civilizations Axis in the Masr Al-Qadima neighborhood.

That comes as part of the Cairo governorate’s efforts to improve the quality of citizens’ living conditions across the capital and to restore the city’s civilized appearance in line with the state’s effort to develop road axes and build new roads to ease traffic in Cairo, the governor added.

For his part, the Head of Cairo Cleaning and Beautification Authority, Ehab El-Shershaby, pointed out that a total of ten dumb trucks, two loader trucks, an excavator, and a bulldozer were used to remove demolition waste and settle the ground.
