As spring officially starts, the
Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) expects a rise by 3-5 degrees in
temperatures nationwide starting Tuesday.
As per the EMA expectations, people in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and Upper Egypt will experience warm days and cold nights over the coming week.
However, there is still a little chance for light rain in the northeastern coasts and Central Sinai on Tuesday and in the northwestern coast and Lower Egypt on Thursday.
The EMA also expects light to moderate rain on Friday and Saturday in areas of the northern coasts, northern Lower Egypt, the Western Desert, southern Lower Egypt, Suez Canal cities, Central Sinai, and northern Red Sea governorate.
