Minister
of Tourism and Antiquities Ahmed Issa alongside Higher Education
Minister Ayman Ashour yesterday Tuesday 9/5/2023 inaugurated an
educational museum based at the Zaafarana palace, which is located at the
campus of Ain Shams University, in the Cairo neighborhood of Abbasiya.
The
opening of the museum falls within the framework of Supreme Council of
Antiquities keenness on shedding light on the Egyptian civilization and raise
university student's archaeological awareness.
The museum showcases real antiquities that date back to the B.C. era as well as
the modern history.
