Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry will receive today, Lord Tariq Ahmad, the UK Minister of State for the Middle East, North Africa, South Asia and United Nations at the Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office (FCDO).
Shoukry will meet with Lord Ahmad in the headquarters of the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cairo.
Shoukry met with Lord Ahmad in July last year during the former’s visit to London, during which they launched an Egyptian-British association council to boost cooperation between the two countries in economic fields.
The council will also help boosting British investments in Egypt and trade exchange between the two countries and exploring further bilateral cooperation opportunities.
