Egypt’s Sports and Youth Minister Ashraf Sobhy has welcomed Egypt’s hosting of L’Étape Egypt by Tour de France for the first time in the Middle East.
The minister made his remarks at a press conference to announce the activities of the event, which is set to be organized in Egypt on Sept. 22.
Sobhy voiced support for organizing all international sporting events in Egypt, lauding great achievements made by the sports sector over the past period.
