Egypt witnesses a rise in temperatures nationwide on Sunday, announced the Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA).
Active winds are expected to prevail as well on the northwestern coasts, while sandy winds will hit the eastern coasts, central Sinai, northern Upper Egypt and the western desert, the authority said in a statement.
Light to medium rain will fall on the northwestern coasts, while thundery rains are expected to come down on the Red Sea mountains, southern Sinai, and southern Upper Egypt.
As for the temperatures: Cairo sees highs of 35 degrees and lows of 19 degrees
