Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El
Sisi called for maintaining coordination and co-operation among the
state’s bodies concerned to implement national projects related to the “Decent
Life” initiative to develop the Egyptian Countryside.
Sisi’s remarks came during his meeting with Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli and Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities Assem el Gazzar, Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi said.
The meeting reviewed the executive situation of the housing ministry’s projects included in the presidential initiative in the sectors of sewage, water, and treatment plants, as well as service projects and the “Decent Housing” project.
The president also followed up on the ongoing projects to develop Historic Cairo, in addition to the development efforts of Maspero Triangle and Ahl Masr Walkway, according to the spokesman.
