Sharp weather fluctuations predicted from Thursday to Tuesday

Meteorologists warn of sharp and rapid changes in the weather in Egypt starting Thursday, November 24, until Tuesday, November 29.

 

Thunderstorms are expected during the night hours on areas of the northern coasts and northern Lower Egypt at intermittent periods, as well as a drop in temperatures in all parts of the country, with values ​​ranging between three and seven degrees.

 

Meteorologists warned of the disruption of maritime traffic in the Mediterranean Sea, wind speeds of up to 50 km per hour, and waves up to three meters high.

 

Active wind is predicted in areas of Greater Cairo, the northern coasts, southern Upper Egypt and Lower Egypt at intermittent periods.

 

Meteorologists warned of mist during the early hours of the morning on agricultural roads, highways, close to water channels, Suez Canal cities, and roads leading to and from Greater Cairo and Lower Egypt governorates.

 

On Thursday, maritime traffic in the Mediterranean will be disrupted due to high wind speed of up to 50 km per hour, and waves reaching three meters high above sea level.

 

Active wind is predicted in areas of Greater Cairo, the northern coasts and southern Upper Egypt at intermittent periods.

 

Moderate rain will fall on areas of the northern coasts and northern Lower Egypt, with possible thunderstorms during the night hours.

 

Heavy rain may fall with potential thunderstorms in the southern Red Sea Governorate – specifically in Halayeb and Shalateen – at intermittent periods.

 

Maximum temperatures predicted on Thursday for Cairo: 23C
