President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi attended on Monday the graduation ceremony of a new batch of police cadets at the Police Academy in New Cairo.
Minister of Interior Mahmoud Tawfiq, members of the Supreme Police Council, and top academics received President El-Sisi upon his arrival at the premises of the Police Academy.
The graduation ceremony started with playing the national anthem.
The event was attended by the families of the graduating cadets, who showcased their skills in a colorful military-style show.
It was also attended by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, Al-Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed El-Tayyeb, Coptic Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria, Minister of Defence Mohamed Zaki and a host of ministers and state officials.
