Egypt’s Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli followed up Monday on efforts exerted by the Sovereign Fund of Egypt to lure foreign investments.
This came during a meeting with Planning and Economic Development Minister Hala El-Saeed, the Fund’s Executive Director Ayman Suleiman and Head of the Fund’s Investment Sector Abdulla El-Ebiary, in the presence of some senior officials.
The Spokesman for the Cabinet Nader Saad said in statements that the meeting discussed planned investments in projects of water desalination stations.
Saad added the meeting also probed the volume of planned investments in green hydrogen projects, whose agreements were signed on the sidelines of COP27.
