The Egyptian Meteorological Authority has warned about a surge of cold weather from Saturday, November 5, until Thursday, November 10, 2022.
Rainfall is predicted in areas of the northern coasts, and mist on highways in the morning decreasing visibility.
Temperatures are expected to drop by two degrees Celsius in most parts, and meteorologists have warned of cold waves during the night hours.
Meteorologists have advised citizens to follow up on the meteorological bulletin issued by the authority due to these sharp and rapid changes.
Active wind is predicted in areas of South Sinai intermittently.
The water mist will be formed on some roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, the Suez Canal cities, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt.
Maximum temperature predicted on Saturday: Greater Cairo 26C.
