Minister of Youth and Sports Ashraf Sobhy received on
Wednesday 14/12/2022 President of World Squash Federation Zena Wooldridge at
the Ministry's headquarters in the New Administrative Capital to discuss ways
of cooperation with the World Squash Federation.
Sobhy welcomed President of World Squash Federation in Egypt, pointing out that the squash sport in Egypt is witnessing a sporting and construction boom, as Egypt’s champions also continue to lead the international squash rankings and win world titles, due to the great support that Egypt receives and provides all opportunities for success to advance them.
He added that the Ministry is making great efforts in cooperation with civil society organizations and the private sector to support players and the Egyptian State to develop sports in it.
