Weather temperatures to decline across Egypt starting Wednesday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority anticipates weather temperatures to decline starting Wednesday between two degrees and four degrees.
 

Moderate weather is expected to prevail on Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts and northern Upper Egypt until Sunday.

 

Warmer temperatures are predicted on South Sinai, and southern Upper Egypt, very cold temperatures at night nationwide, reaching the point of frost in northern Upper Egypt and central Sinai.

 

On Wednesday and Thursday light to medium rain is expected at a rate of 30-40 percent, on the northern coasts and Lower Egypt at intermittent intervals.

 

Active wind is predicted in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, South Sinai and northern Upper Egypt at intermittent intervals, disturbing maritime navigation in the Mediterranean Sea.

 

Wind speed will record 50-70 km/h, and wave heights are expected to range between three and five meters.

 

On Friday, mist is predicted from four am to eight am on roads leading to and from Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, the Suez Canal cities, central Sinai and northern Upper Egypt.
