Cairo Governor attends Armenian Orthodox Easter mass

On behalf of Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouli, Cairo Governor Khaled Abdel Aal attended Sunday the Armenian Orthodox Easter mass held at the Armenian Orthodox Church on Ramses Street and led by the bishop of the Armenian Orthodox Church in Egypt, Ashod Mnatsaganian. 
 

During the celebration, Abdel Aal extended his congratulations to all Egyptian Christians, hailing the spirit of love and compassion connecting the Egyptian nation.

 

Moreover, Abdel Aal asserted the strong and brotherly bonds and religious tolerance that distinguish the Egyptian people from others. He also pointed out that Egypt would remain a country of peace and security, wishing that these celebrations would be an opportunity to spread love and peace and assure brotherly bonds between Egyptians and all peoples.  

 

The celebration was attended by Deputy Cairo Governor Ibrahim Abdel Hadi, Chief of El-Waily district Mohammad Akl, and several state officials.
