Egyptian Culture Minister Nevine El-Kilani opened the activities of the 29th edition of the Cairo International Festival for Experimental Theatre (CIFET) at the Cairo Opera House.
The current Peter Brook’s edition of CIFET is set to run from September 1-8, under the auspices of El-Kilani.
The activities of CIFET are expected to honor five figures from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia on their works.
