Egypt’s Meteorological Authority (EMA) warned that the country will witness a wave of unstable weather conditions from Monday till Saturday, with rain expected over some areas in the country, in a statement issued on Sunday.
According to the EMA, the Northern Coast, Nile Delta, Halayib and Shalatin, as well as South Sinai will witness light to moderate rainfall over the next few days.
It also added that there will be a 2 to 5 degrees Celsius drop in temperatures starting from Monday.
The EMA also warned of possible heavy mist between 5 to 7am on some highways to and from Cairo, the Nile Delta, the North Coast, the canal cities, and North Sinai.
