Prime Minister Mustafa Madbouli discussed with Health Minister Hala Zayed following up the implementation of the developmental and service projects implemented in the different domains in North Sinai and South Sinai.
He asserted following up the efforts exerted by the different bodies of state concerned with implementing a plan to develop Sinai Peninsula in the different sectors at the directives of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
Madbouli said that the plan includes implementing a number of development projects and establishing hospitals and health units in order to present distinguished medical services to the residents of both governorates.
In a report presented to Madbouli, Zayed said that the first stage of the renovation activities in Arish General Hospital was completed, adding that the second stage includes establishing a building for dialysis and adding seven beds to the intensive care unit.
Zayed pointed out to the conditions of the health units in North Sinai, adding that a health unit was established in Goufa, adding that several other health units in various areas will be renovated.
She said that the renovation of Sharm el Sheikh International Hospital was finalized, adding that a number of other hospitals will be renovated in South Sinai.
