Egypt reported 941 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday, bringing the total infection tally officially to 345,848 since the outbreak began in February 2020, said the Health Ministry in its daily Covid-19 update statement.
Egypt’s Health Ministry reported in its daily coronavirus statement that 69 new deaths related to Covid-19 complications were recorded officially in the past 24 hours nationwide, bringing the total number of deaths from the virus to 19,636.
The statement added that 765 patients have been discharged after recovering from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 288,879.
