President Abdel Fattah El Sisi approved on Tuesday 8/12/2020 law No. 12/2020 amending certain provisions of laws No. 139/1981 and 103/1961 on reorganizing Al-Azhar and its affiliated bodies and establishing a financial and social care Fund for teachers, respectively.
Sisi also approved law No. 213/2020 amending certain provisions of law 227/1989 on establishing a Fund for supporting and financing educational projects.
