Minister of Petroleum Tarek El-Molla and Cairo
Governor Khaled Abdel Aal immediately headed on Tuesday to the scene of the
fire erupted in Mostord petroleum pipeline on Cairo-Ismailia Road, next to
Al-Nozha International School.
20 fire engines from the Civil Protection Service, 8 from the Egyptian Armed Forces, 6 from the Petroleum Authority and 6 dump trucks from Cairo governorate were dispatched to the scene to contain the fire. Ambulances also rushed to the scene and transferred the injured to El-Salam International Hospital.
